When to Arrive & Depart

We’re excited to welcome you to sunny South Florida! Here’s everything you need to know to make your trip smooth and stress-free.

To make the most of your conference experience, we recommend arriving in West Palm Beach early on Tuesday, October 14th. Registration will be open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Fairfield Inn, giving you plenty of time to settle in, grab your badge, and get ready for the fun ahead.

We’ll officially kick things off at 4:00 PM with our Welcome Reception, a great chance to connect, network, and get energized for the days to come.

You can look forward to two full days of engaging content, dynamic guest speakers, and interactive sessions that will leave you feeling inspired and empowered.

We’ll wrap up the conference in style on Thursday evening, October 16th, with our signature Evening of Excellence celebration.

Plan to depart on Friday, October 17th so you don’t miss a moment!

Airport Information

Primary Airport: Palm Beach International Airport (PBI)

• Just 20 minutes from the hotel
• Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically takes around 20–25 minutes

Alternate Airport: Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)

• Approximately 50 miles south of West Palm Beach
• Travel time is 60–75 minutes depending on traffic
